Why landlords are taking the Biden administration to court right now

A group of landlords and real estate companies believe that the newest eviction moratorium spells trouble for “mom-and-pop” housing providers, which make up about half of the industry’s operators.

So the Alabama and Georgia Association of Realtors is taking the Biden administration to court in an effort to curb the eviction pause, which now lasts through October 3

The group filed their lawsuit late yesterday, claiming that the CDC has overstepped their power once again.

If the housing professionals are successful, about 3.6 million Americans could be kicked out of their homes. If they aren’t, those small operators face their own bevy of financial hardships.

“Without rental income, they cannot pay their own bills or maintain their properties,” officials said.

How soon will we see articles of impeachment for Governor Cuomo?

Is the New York governor finally going to be forced out of office or what?

Yesterday was a big one for the governor of New York. The state’s attorney general finally released her bombshell 165-page report that ultimately found that Andrew Cuomo did, in fact, sexually harass 11 women plus create a toxic workplace for his employees.

Cuomo, who underwent some 11 hours of interviews as part of the investigation, has vehemently denied the claims made in her report.

“I never touched anyone inappropriately or made inappropriate sexual advances. I am 63 years old. I’ve lived my entire adult life in public view. That is just not who I am… Politics and bias are interwoven throughout every aspect of this investigation.”

He refuted the allegations against him in his own 85-page report, released by his attorney

President Joe Biden finally added his voice to the chorus of those calling for Cuomo’s resignation.

“He should resign,” he told reporters yesterday. “I understand the state legislature may decide to impeach, I do not know that for a fact.”

Are more lockdowns on deck for Americans under the Biden regime?

You cannot trust a single thing that President Joe Biden says. You and I know this. We don’t need more proof, but it keeps pouring in, regardless.

Peter Doocy, with Fox News, recently called the administration out for reversing its stance on masks, after Biden had previously promised that they would be a thing of the past.

He also nodded to the fact that the president had said lockdowns were done, once and for all.

“Why should Americans trust him now?” he asked deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.

“Well, because we listen to the scientists,” she said. “We listen to the experts. This is a public health situation, this is not about politics at all.”

When Doocy asked if shutdowns were possible should the scientists recommend them, the press secretary’s response made me believe we should brace ourselves for the worst news.

You know her as the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives. As much as you and I might resent that fact, Nancy Pelosi does have a thing or two she can teach us about trading.

You see, Pelosi happens to be a “master of the markets,” if you will. She and her husband are earning millions with stock options. And while it’s not news that politicians make tons of money in the market, what is interesting is her unique trading strategy.

And now, you can check it out for yourself, learning more about her recent trades in this master class.

How does Donald Trump attack President Biden on the new mask mandate?

As you are probably aware, the CDC updated its mask policy yesterday. The agency reverted back to requiring even vaccinated Americans to wear the face coverings in most situations. And former President Donald Trump isn’t having it.

“We won’t go back,” he wrote in a statement. “We won’t mask our children. Joe Biden and his Administration learned nothing from the last year. Brave Americans learned how to safely and responsibly live and fight back. Don’t surrender to [the virus]. Don’t go back! Why do Democrats distrust the science? Don’t let this happen to our children or our Country.”

The updated guidance directly impacts students, according to the director of the CDC.

“CDC recommends that everyone in K-12 schools wear a mask indoors, including teachers, staff, students, and visitors, regardless of vaccination status. Children should return to full-time, in-person learning in the fall with proper prevention strategies in place,” said Director Rochelle Walensky.

Why the liberal news media is ignoring the Barbara Boxer assault right now

It’s been days since we first heard that Barbara Boxer, a former Democratic senator in California, was assaulted and robbed. And yet, the big names in liberal media are largely ignoring the incident, even though Boxer was a regular on the likes of MSNBC.

For example, Boxer was interviewed on the network just this past Saturday to discuss the Jan. 6 committee. But, if you wanted to learn more about Boxer’s attack, which involved two thieves and a stolen cell phone, you wouldn’t find any information whatsoever on that station.

ABC, NBC, and even CBS also avoided the story as much as possible, while CNN gave it minimal airtime.

There has to be a reason for skipping a story that was so clearly relevant and timely, right?

If you’re like me, you might suspect it has something to do with liberals ignoring and even suppressing the reality that violent crime is only growing in this country right now.

Why Biden tells a reporter “You are such a pain in the neck”

When the president called her a “pain in the neck,” NBC reporter Kelly O’Donnell appeared to take it as a compliment.

“The president called me a ‘pain in the neck’ (with a smile),” she wrote on Twitter. “As I pressed him on a NEW mandate for doctors at the Department of Veteran Affairs hospitals to get the [virus] vaccine. He did not respond when I pressed if there would be further federal required vaccines.”

O’Donnell asked her question after the department announced that some of its employees would be required to get the vaccine, whether they wanted it or not.

“You are such a pain in the neck but I’m going to answer your question because I’ve known you so long,” President Joe Biden said as he took questions from the press after a meeting with the Iraqi prime minister. “It has nothing to do with Iraq.”

The meeting was focused on the U.S. presence in Iraq, among other issues.

This is why Donald Trump is “obviously” running for president

Many of us have been holding our breaths and crossing our fingers as we await more news on whether or not former President Donald Trump will make another bid to be this country’s commander in chief. As I’ve previously reported, Trump has teased another campaign many times, though he’s stopped short of giving a definitive answer.

That said, another run for president has never seemed so imminent. Michael Wolff, who has already penned three books on the leader, suggested in a new essay that this move is “obvious.”

“It is an existential predicament,” Wolff writes. “He can’t be Donald Trump without a claim on the presidency. He can’t hold the attention and devotion of the Republican Party if he is not both once and future king — and why would he ever give that up?”

He continued: “But perhaps most important, there is his classic hucksterism, and his synoptic U.S.P. — unique selling proposition. In 2016 it was ‘the wall.’ For 2022 and 2024 he will have another proposition available: ‘the steal,’ a rally cry of rage and simplicity.”

Will Biden finally be forced to resign because of the “serious stuff going on”?

As I mentioned yesterday, President Joe Biden’s performance at this week’s town hall was despicable, embarrassing.

But the former White House doctor who served George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Donald Trump believes there could be bigger repercussions at stake.

“Something’s SERIOUSLY wrong with Biden – and it’s only going to get WORSE!” Ronny Jackson wrote in a tweet. “It’s past the point of embarrassment. He’s lost. He’s confused. He can barely put a coherent sentence together. He MUST have a cognitive exam and release the results!”

Jackson linked to a clip from his Thursday interview on Hannity, which aired on Fox News.

“They’re going to convince him to resign from office at some point in the near future for medical issues or they’re going to have to use the 25th Amendment to get rid of this man right now,” he said.

But just how likely is it that Biden will end up facing any consequences for his clear cognitive decline?

How Biden earns the title “elderly man struggling to maintain his faculties”

President Joe Biden gave a pretty cringeworthy performance at the CNN presidential town hall earlier this week.  In addition to advocating for vaccines, gun control, and his spending agenda, he also seemed to drive another point home: that he is the last person who should be at the helm of this country.

His answers were downright disastrous in some cases. For instance, he was asked about when the vaccine would be widely available for young children.

This was his incoherent response: “And the question is whether or not we should be in a position where you are — why can’t the experts say we know that this virus is, in fact — is, is, is going to be — or, excuse me — we, we, we know why all the drugs approved are not temporarily approved, but permanently approved.”

It really doesn’t make much sense, right?

Biden’s gaffes are becoming more and more troubling, leading one pundit to describe him as “an elderly man struggling to maintain his faculties.”

I cannot help but agree.
